Nickel metal products can primarily be divided into the following categories:

Basic Products

  • Electrolytic Nickel: High purity (over 99.8%), widely used in stainless steel and alloy manufacturing.
  • Ferro-nickel Alloy: Contains 15%-40% nickel, primarily used in the production of specialty steel.
  • Nickel Salts: Such as nickel sulfate and nickel chloride, used in electroplating and the chemical industry.
  • Nickel Sponge: Used in batteries and as a catalyst.

Our Tailored Service List:

  • Custom Sizes: From tiny beads to large spheres, we adjust to your desired dimensions.
  • Different Grades: Select the ideal titanium grade for the right mix of strength, weight, and corrosion resistance.
  • Surface Finish Options: Polished, matte, or textured—choose your preferred finish.
  • Precision Tolerances: Our advanced techniques ensure unparalleled accuracy and consistency.
  • Drilled or Hollow Balls: Customized core designs, whether hollow or drilled, crafted to your specs.

Nickel Products

Nickel targets are available in various forms, purities, sizes, and price ranges. Nickel sputtering targets are made from high-purity nickel metal. Nickel is a hard, shiny, silver-white metal with a density of 8.91 g/cc, a melting point of 1,453°C, and a vapor pressure of 237 Pa (1726K). Its main characteristics include ductility, malleability, and ferromagnetism, and its polished surface does not lose its luster when exposed to air.

Nickel Target Features
Nickel Target Shapes: Flat Target, Rotating Target, Custom Shapes
Nickel Target Purity: 99.9%, 99.99%, 99.95%
Nickel Target Sizes: Manufactured according to drawings or custom specifications
We also offer nickel granules, nickel wire, nickel rods, nickel plates, nickel sheets, and more.

The nickel plate is polished, and then undergoes centrifugal grinding to create the nickel target. Due to the excellent mechanical strength of nickel metal, it has a strong ability to resist deformation and fracture when subjected to external forces, making it suitable for processing methods such as polishing and grinding. Polishing effectively removes oxides and impurities from the surface of the nickel plate, and centrifugal grinding further eliminates surface impurities. The combination of polishing and centrifugal grinding significantly improves the cleanliness of the nickel target.

Nickel sputtering targets are used for thin film deposition, decoration, semiconductors, displays, LED and photovoltaic devices, and functional coatings. They also have promising applications in industries such as optical information storage, automotive glass, architectural glass, and optical communication, similar to other glass coating industries.

Other applications of nickel include its use in the manufacture of stainless steel, coins, and batteries. When evaporated in a vacuum, nickel can form decorative coatings on ceramic surfaces or create solder layers in circuit device manufacturing. It is also frequently sputtered to form layers in the production of magnetic storage media, fuel cells, and sensors.
